Toya Malone-Davis, M.D. is a board certified, fellowship trained neurologist. While Dr. Malone-Davis specializes in the treatment of adult and pediatric patients with epilepsy, she is also trained to care for patients with any general neurologic disorder, including headache/migraine, Multiple Sclerosis, neuropathy, Parkinson's Disease, and dementia. She been in the Las Vegas area for approximately one and a half years. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine where she earned her doctorate in Medicine. She completed an ACGME accredited Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology/EEG fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan in 2011. When not providing care to patients, Dr. Malone-Davis enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.
As a subspecialist in Epilepsy, Dr. Malone-Davis is skilled to see adult and pediatric epilepsy patients in which it has been difficult to attain seizure control. She spent 4 years serving as Co-Director of the Neuromonitoring Unit in Kalamazoo, Michigan where patients with epilepsy were evaluated for advanced therapies, including epilepsy surgery. Dr. Malone-Davis is well equipped to provide treatment for epilepsy with both the Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS) as well as Responsive Neurostimulation System (RNS).
    Teodoro B. Agtay, II is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who embarked on a career in Nursing in various capacities. He was working in Neurology when he began his Master’s Degree in Nursing in preparation to become a Nurse Practitioner. He graduated from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner with a GPA of 4.0. He is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has a concentration in Neurology.
Ted, as he is fondly called by everyone, has always been a firm believer of putting patient’s well-being at the forefront in his daily encounters at the clinic. He values patient centered care that equates to good patient outcomes and satisfaction as his primary goal in caring for his patients.
He abides by Maya Angelou’s famous quote, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
He hails from the Philippines and practiced as a Physician specializing in Internal Medicine for 10 years before migrating to the United States. He has been a Nevada resident since 2008. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Philippine College of Physicians.
